My order shipped while I am away, can you please cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Once your order has shipped we are unable to alter the delivery address or cancel your order. You may be able to update your delivery address via FedEx using the FedEx Delivery Manager. Changes to the delivery address may result in a delay of your shipment, voiding the guarantee we offer when delivered on the guaranteed delivery date. 

You will receive email communication from us when your box has shipped with a tracking number as well as when your box is delivered. 

If you are uncertain that you will be able to receive your box, we recommend having a list of friends and family that would be able to help to retrieve your box when it arrives. Your SmoothieBox is perishable and needs to be put into a freezer the same day it arrives.
