I was just charged, can you please cancel my order?

Once your order has shipped we are unable to alter the delivery address or cancel your order. You may be able to update your delivery address via FedEx using the&#xA0;<a href="https://www.fedex.com/apps/fdmenrollment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FedEx Delivery Manager</a>. Changes to the delivery address may result in a delay of your shipment, voiding the guarantee we offer when delivered on the guaranteed delivery date.&#xA0;
You will receive email communication from us when your box has shipped with a tracking number as well as when your box is delivered.&#xA0;
If you are uncertain that you will be able to receive your box, we recommend having a list of friends and family that would be able to help to retrieve your box when it arrives. Your SmoothieBox is perishable and needs to be put into a freezer the same day it arrives.

My order shipped while I am away, can you please cancel my order?

We want you to be satisfied with your SmoothieBox experience, but we understand everyone&apos;s tastes are different. If you&apos;re not completely satisfied with your smoothies, please reach out to our support team at support@smoothiebox.com so we can help.
If you&apos;re not totally satisfied with one or more flavors in your shipment, we&apos;ll replace it with a flavor you love in your next shipment for free.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns.

What is your refund policy if I do not like your smoothies?

SmoothieBox does offer a subscription plan. If a SmoothieBox subscription plan is chosen, charges will be recurring at the weekly interval chosen. We offer a variety of plan intervals, and you may access your plan details via your account page.
WHEN YOU PURCHASE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (A) SmoothieBox (OR OUR THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A RECURRING BASIS FOR THE PRICE OF YOUR CHOSEN SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES SET FORTH DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS) FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting our support team 48 hours in advance of your billing date at support@smoothiebox.com. Cancelations made via your account page or by contacting support on your billing date will be effective with your next billing date and will not apply to currently processing orders. Refunds will not be granted for orders that have already processed.
You are liable for any orders placed or charges that incur prior to the cancellation request. If the request for cancellation is made after your order has invoiced, the request will be processed for the next scheduled invoice.

What is your refund policy for cancelled orders?

Standard Return/Refund Policy We are shipping perishable Product and therefore are not able to accept returns. Unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold.
If you are not completely satisfied with your SmoothieBox for good reason, please contact our dedicated Support Team at <a href="mailto:support@smoothiebox.com">support@smoothiebox.com</a> within seven (7) days of receipt. We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the Product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund. Since we are not able to physically assess the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the Product label and damage reported.
We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date.
When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email <a href="mailto:support@smoothiebox.com">support@smoothiebox.com</a>&#xA0;immediately for correction. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn&#x2019;t updated prior to the invoice date, if an address is altered while in transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced. Changes made via your account portal on the billing date will be effective the next order and not the currently processing order.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address was provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded. In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve on the delivery date without prior notification and thawing/damage occurs, you will not be refunded. If you would like an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date reshipped, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.
