We strive to make sure each order is correct before leaving our freezer. If your order is incorrect, please let us know and we'll be happy to make things right. Your SmoothieBox is packed in sub-zero temperatures, and while we do our best, human errors can happen. We still want to help, so email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we'll be glad to review and resolve.
