My order has shipped, can I please change the delivery address?Updated 5 months ago

Processed and/or shipped orders are unable to be altered, including the delivery address. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on file at the time the order was processed.

You may update your shipping address directly on your SmoothieBox Account Page.

Need assistance updating your shipping address? Email us at [email protected] and include your new address. We'll be glad to help!

Please note, refunds or replacements will not be issued to orders that were successfully delivered to the address on file at the time the order was placed.
