Do I have to be home to accept delivery of my SmoothieBox?Updated 2 years ago

You do not have to be home to receive your SmoothieBox. We currently ship via FedEx and OnTrac and no signature is required for the delivery of your order. This means your carrier will leave your SmoothieBox in a safe place at your home. 

Your SmoothieBox is perishable and it is important that you freeze your SmoothieBox pouches the same day of delivery. If you are concerned about your delivery in the summer months, you may want to ask a neighbor or friend to pick up your delivery for you.

You may also utilize FedEx's Home Delivery Manager if you have special delivery instructions. We recommend using this free service provided by FedEx- you'll receive additional notifications during the shipping process of your SmoothieBox from FedEx.

We pack each shipment with enough dry ice to last several hours on the guaranteed delivery date. If your smoothies are partly frozen, still have ice crystals, or are refrigerator cold (below 40 °F), they can be placed into the freezer for later use in accordance with USDA frozen delivery guidelines.
