Can I skip an upcoming shipment?Updated 3 years ago
You can easily skip your next shipment directly in your account portal under the 'Subscriptions' tab in your account. Once logged in, click 'Edit'
Click 'Skip Shipment' to skip your upcoming shipment. Please note, once your order has been billed and processed, utilizing the Skip Shipment feature will be effective with your next billing date and will not skip or cancel any currently processing orders.
